Diamond Jubilee: Kate supports the Queen at thanksgiving service
05 JUNE 2012
The Duchess of Cambridge has just had the honour of preceding the Queen down the aisle of St Paul's Cathedral along with two future Kings at Tuesday's service of thanksgiving for the Diamond Jubilee.
And the new royal, who has been so warmly embraced by her regal relatives, pulled off her task off with aplomb, taking it all in her confident stride with her husband Prince William.

For the second time in this weekend's festivities, the stunning brunette had chosen British fashion house Alexander McQueen, who created her wedding dress.
The long-sleeved shift dress perfectly complemented her tanned skin with its dusky pink hue, lace overlay and tiny ribboned waist making her the picture of elegance.
Perching on top of her sophisticated demi-chignon, similar to the hairstyle she wore for her wedding, was a floral netted Jane Taylor fascinator in the same shade.
This special acknowledgment from Her Majesty emphasises Kate's future role as her grandson's Queen Consort and reflects her desire for that the celebrations focus on the direct line of succession.
